We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. We do not take returns on perishable goods. However, in our sole discretion, we may issue you a credit or resend your order if the product is not in excellent condition. If you would like to request a credit or have your perishable order to be resent, here's what to do:1) Take a digital photograph of the product.2) Put the product into your refrigerator or freezer as you normally would. 3) Contact us immediately 863-675-0623 or Patty@Gatorama.com . You must contact us within 24 hours of order receipt to make a claim.If you place an order and subsequently cancel it, we may at our sole discretion, charge a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee. Please keep in mind, that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your FedEx delivery on the date that you request it.On all ‘dry goods”. We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. If not completely satisfied with any item, return within 7 days for a full refund. Refund does not include shipping charges. Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx. Returns will not be accepted if shipped via the US Postal Service. Custom products are not included in this policy nor are perishable goods.. Damages: In the event your shipment has been damaged, please have your delivery driver note the damage on the freight bill before you sign it. It is the responsibility of the carrier to guarantee damage incurred during shipping. All claims regarding damage or loss occurring during shipment must be made to the carrier.
