1. The Customer agrees that if at the time of placing the order, the FedEx Overnight Shipping charge is not available, Gatorama has right to add the FedEx Overnight Shipping charge to the cost of the order. The Customer agrees to the terms of the Customer Agreement by selecting the Continue Button on the Payment Information page and completing the order.

2. Shipping and Ordering Information: Alligator requires expert handling to maintain the freshness of the product. We use Federal Express as our primary shipping company. All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE–NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means that if no one is there to receive the order from Federal Express, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for payment of the order.
We highly recommend that someone is there to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it. Shipping to a business location is always best.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx and to try and make arrangements to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate it upon receipt!
Receiving your delivery fresh and delicious is our priority! We must therefore follow a schedule that will insure that your order is received in a timely manner and in excellent condition. For any special needs or requests please feel free to contact us.

3.INCLEMENT WEATHER - Each shipping company currently has an "Act of God" clause for any delays due to weather and all shipping orders are still billed to us at full price. Once an order is shipped from our location, as agreed, we can not be responsible for your order should the shipping company not deliver it as scheduled. However we will help you make a claim if necessary. It is the customer’s responsibility to take into account the weather forecasts for their local area as well as the delivery path from Palmdale, Florida to their destination and make their purchases accordingly.
